Renee has been with TicketReturn since 2007 after spending 14 years working in the ticketing industry in both Minor League Baseball and College Athletics.

Prior to TicketReturn, Renee began her professional career in minor league baseball working as an intern for the Chattanooga Lookouts before becoming Box Office Manager for the Memphis Chicks.  After two years with the Chicks, Renee spearheaded two start up teams running ticket operations.  The first with the Delmarva Shorebirds where she worked three and a half years as the Director of Ticketing and one year as Assistant General Manager/Ticket Operations.  Her second startup was with the Lexington Legends where she served as Director of Ticketing and Vice President of Baseball and Ticket Operations before leaving minor league baseball and taking a job as Athletics Ticket Manager for Eastern Kentucky University.  After two years with EKU, Renee returned to minor league baseball and the Lexington Legends for two more years.    

Renee received her Master of Sport Science degree from the United States Sports Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Management from Waynesburg University.  She currently resides in Mechanicsburg, PA with her husband Kevin, daughter Jordan and son Brandon.
